Dough box 60 x 40 x 7’5

The new 60 × 40 dough box with a height of 7.5 cm, with a 12 litre capacity, retains all the best preservation features of our 60 × 40 dough box for smaller batches.

Its reinforced rim makes handling and transport easier. It also includes a dedicated area for recording associated information, allowing its origin or handling to be easily identified.

The new 60 × 40 dough box with a height of 7.5 cm continues to offer three stacking options:

✅ Vertical stacking. For tray-on-tray covering.
✅ Ventilated stacking. When dough requires aeration.
✅ Cross stacking. Promotes proper and quick drying after washing.

The new 60 × 40 dough box with a height of 7.5 cm is also compatible with our 60 × 40 lid, which protects the dough from environmental exposure and helps prevent the risk of external contamination.
