New special squeeze bottle for oil

Without doubt oil is one of the most frequently found ingredients in all professional kitchens. There is a wide variety of vegetable oils that depends on those abounding most in each country or region. From olive oil, the flagship product of Mediterranean cuisine, to other vegetable oils such as, sunflower, sesame, peanut or coconut oil.

How to choose an oil dispenser

The special characteristics of oil in so far as of its consistency mean that a special dispenser/squeeze bottle is required. The market offers a choice of classic glass or stainless steel oil dispensers or more modern dispensers designed to ensure that no oil is wasted.

And that is just what Araven’s new squeeze bottles for oil achieve.  They are designed with an orifice at the base of the nozzle that helps to collect surplus oil, preventing it from being wasted and, at the same time, making sure the grip zone is kept clean. This orifice also has the purpose of regulating the flow of oil while it is being dispensed on to the hot plate, frying pan or plate.

The green colour of the nozzle and the special cap for better preservation differentiate this dispenser from the rest of sauce and dressing dispensers in the kitchen.

Other important features are that it is dishwasher safe and has a large opening for easy filling. In addition, it is translucent and has a measuring scale to help to control the amount of oil used.

Other dressings in addition to oil

Araven’s squeeze bottle, available in capacities ranging from 35 cl. to l litre, can also be used for other types of liquids: vinaigrettes, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, light dressings and all kinds of low-density or specially created sauces and dressings.
