Black flat food pans 8 l./ 8,4 qt without a lid are recommended for displaying meats and cold cuts. These items are made in polypropylene which gives them a good thickness, robustness and great mechanical performance.
To prevent cross contamination we recommend using drain trays to keep the exudate (liquid) separate from the food.
