GN 2/1 h.380 mm./15″ 90 L./23 Gal. Perforated Food Box is engineered to defrost faster. It allows liquid that comes out of food – meet and fish specially- its way to the bottom through the wholes, avoiding its accumulation on the contact zone. Food will be placed inside the perforated container nested into the other food box, that will keep the liquid that comes out of food,  avoiding leaking and contamination of other food. Lower food fox will keep the liquid that comes out of food avoiding contact with food. Food should be covered with a lid to avoid contaminations.

The color coding system is positioned at the base and allows reducing the risk of cross contamination and identifying the type of food that is stored in the container.

Easy cleaning: no sharp edges, no corners that can accumulate liquid coming out of food.
