THE NEW ARAVEN GASTRONORM FOOD STORAGE TOWERS WITH LIDS IMPROVE FOOD PRESERVATION AND PROVIDE SAFER TRANSPORT

The Spanish company has brought its Food Storage Tower range up to date, now permitting the storage of airtight containers on the inside

Taking advantage of space, keeping everything tidy and protecting the food. These are some of the main features of the Araven Gastronorm Towers, for containers with lids. The company, European leader in the catering market in food preservation and handling segments, has brought its food storage tower range up to date. The containers can now be stored with their lids, thus being able to maximise space in the cold-storage room, with a vertical storage solution.
The new range maximises space, keeps everything tidy and the food totally airtight. The stacking option provides greater accessibility, making it easier to remove a container with a lid without having to remove all the containers stacked on top of it. Furthermore, the new towers guarantee total airtightness so they can be transported without problems when wheels are added and it becomes a tower.
This new range extension is valid for all GastroNorm airtight containers 1/1 and 1/2 100 mm (PP and PC) and also for containers with stainless steel lid.
The new towers for GN airtight containers are different to ordinary stacked containers, as they allow air to circulate outside the containers. Thus, the food cools more quickly and is preserved in the best conditions, decreasing the risk of bacterial proliferation and reducing energy consumption.
