(Tuesday, 17 September 2024).- Araven continues to innovate with the launch of its FIFO Fast sauce dispenser, which is specially designed to dispense condiments and sauces, such as mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup as quickly and effectively as possible while guaranteeing proper product rotation. This product is Araven’s response to the specific needs of the fast-food sector, while guaranteeing durability, design and sustainability, qualities that have allowed the company to take a leading role the sector.
Fast-food restaurants require tools that improve operability and efficiency in the kitchen and help to reduce production costs and times. The patented design of the FIFO Fast dispenser guarantees that the sauce it contains is always ready for use during the production process (hamburgers, hot dogs, potato and tortilla chips, salads, etc.), shortening serving times for customer of such establishments as fast-food restaurants, food trucks, dark kitchens and takeaways.
The dispenser features an airtight, non-drip silicone valve that opens when the container is squeezed and closes immediately and cleanly when pressure is no longer applied. It also acts as a seal that allows the container to be kept and used upside down without drips or wastage for fast and simple dispensing because the sauce remains in the bottom part.
As its name indicates, this new Araven product applies the first in, first out (FIFO) method, allowing the product contained for the longest time to be used first. This allows the proper rotation of sauce by the dispenser, preventing food waste and offering better flavour.

The design features an ergonomic shape, which intuitively adapts to the palm of the hand for a comfortable, correct and non-slip grip, for added reliability.
Other features are that the dispenser can be totally disassembled, providing full access to the inside of the container for thorough cleaning in a dishwasher, and the wide top opening with lid makes filling easy.
Its integrated scale markings allow the exact amount of sauce to be served and evenly distributed. According to your needs, you can choose from three different sizes: 450, 700 and 900 ml.
