There are three ways to stack them:

✅ Tower stack. Box on box stack. The base of the box acts like a lid for the one below, preventing the dough balls contained inside from drying out.

✅ Aerated stack. When the dough requires aeration or to release part of the gas.

✅ Cross stack. After washing, air is allowed to circulate between the stacked boxes for fast and correct drying
