Dough box 40 x 30

The new 40 x 30 dough box with a height of 10 cm, with a capacity of 8 litres, maintains all the best preservation features of our 60 x 40 tray for small-scale preparations.

Its reinforced rim makes handling and transport easier. It also includes a dedicated area for recording associated information, allowing its origin or handling to be easily identified.

The new 40 x 30 dough box with a height of 10 cm continues to offer three stacking options:

✅ Stacking tower. For tray-on-tray covering.
✅ Ventilated stacking. When the dough requires aeration.
✅ Cross stacking. Promotes proper and rapid drying after washing.

The new 40 x 30 dough box with a height of 10 cm features a compatible 40 x 30 lid to protect dough from environmental exposure and prevent the risk of external contamination.
